The City has shared over 100 updated job descriptions as part of its classification and compensation study and has asked TCEA to provide feedback for the City Council meeting on December 9th, 2025 meeting.
Because of the sheer number of positions involved, we’re asking that each member review their own job description (and share with any coworkers in the same classification). If you notice anything inaccurate, missing, or outdated, please write it down clearly and send your feedback to [email protected] so we can compile and submit it to the City.
You can find all 100+ job descriptions posted below. Please take a few minutes to check your classification — your input matters and helps ensure the City’s descriptions reflect the actual work being done.
